Print & Direct Mail for Aberdeen and North-East Scotland
Aberdeen's economy has long been shaped by the energy sector, alongside the businesses, charities and public bodies that serve the north-east of Scotland. That means print with real technical detail: equipment literature, safety and training documents, and material for industry events, as well as appeals and mailings to communities spread across a large area. Fretwell produces that work at our factory in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
We have no Aberdeen office. Projects are briefed remotely, and finished work is delivered or mailed direct to recipients.

Technical literature and event print
Technical documents are revised often. A product sheet, specification or training manual may need reprinting whenever a standard or a product changes. Digital print suits these shorter runs and revisions, while our Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75 B2 litho press suits longer runs. Saddle stitching and PUR perfect binding are in-house for manuals and handbooks.
For industry conferences and exhibitions, brochures, delegate packs and display graphics can be produced together. Large-format print is in-house, so stands and printed literature can be planned as one order.
Reaching addresses across the north and the islands
Organisations in the north-east often need to reach supporters or customers across the Highlands and Islands as well as in the city. Addressed mail goes through Royal Mail like any other UK mailing. Our data team can prepare the file, print personalised pieces, enclose on Buhrs lines and sort eligible mail for Royal Mail Mailmark from Keighley.
For Scottish charities, appeals must show the charity's registered name and SC number on documents asking for donations. Include those details in the artwork brief and we will check they appear where needed before proofing.
