The deal, which was completed last Tuesday (4th September 2018) sees the ownership of the £6m+ turnover Litho/Digital and Direct Mail Printer transfer to Andy Gillett and Gareth Pociecha who are now Joint Managing Directors, Andy has been Commercial Director for the last 20 years having originally joined the company in 1995, Gareth was previously Works Manager for nearly 15years.
Previous owners, brothers Des and Graeme Fretwell along with Peter Denton have retired from the business. The MBO was financed through existing funds with additional finance from NatWest/RBSIF/Lombard with Corporate finance advice from Sentio Partners of Leeds and Legal advice from Lupton Fawcett LLP.
