Data Processing: We can accept your data in many different formats, on CD, by e-mail or via FTP. We offer you a dedicated secure FTP space if necessary for upload of data and artwork files.

Data can be mailsorted and formatted as necessary to maximise discounts on your postal costs and we can also process data for  various Downstream Access carriers. We are also very experienced in PostAim sortation for the Republic of Ireland.

If required we can also de-duplicate and suppress your data or run against PAF, National Change of Address, Gone Away Suppression or Mortascreen files to ensure maximum accuracy and savings.

Personalisation: However large or small your mailing is we have the solution to provide the most cost effective means of production. 

We have a bank of 8 cut sheet laser printing machines taking sizes from A5 to oversize A3 and bespoke sizes in paper weights from 80 gsm to 250 gsm. All machines can print either simplex (single sided) or duplex (double sided)

Ink Jet Personalisation is also available in-house and this method allows heavier weights of paper to be personalised.

Finishing and Enclosing:: All normal finishing is undertaken in-house. Our finishing department is equipped with guillotine and folding equipment to cater for a wide range of finished formats. We offer a wide range of enclosing options from DL through to C4 packs and can enclose practically any item in our hand room.

Hand enclosing is suitable for non-machineable items such as multi-personalised packs, jiffy bags, board back envelopes, polybags or mixed volume products.
